Seed Selection

Our finest brown mustard seeds are carefully sourced from the rich agricultural lands of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly the fertile regions of Mohmand, Bajaur, Mardan, Swat, and Dir—areas renowned for their high-quality produce and traditional farming practices.

Quality Control

To ensure premium quality, randomly selected samples from every consignment undergo rigorous testing in our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory, with a focus on verifying high oil yield and maintaining low acid values.

Crushing

Our mustard seeds are cold-pressed using a modernized version of the traditional KPK Kholu—a heritage oil extraction method known for preserving purity and flavor. Staying true to age-old practices, a wooden baton made from the Tamarind tree is inserted into the crushing bowl, naturally enhancing the oil’s pungency and therapeutic properties.”

Purification

Our oil purification process is a meticulous blend of traditional wisdom and modern precision. Once extracted, the oil undergoes a natural sedimentation method—free from chemicals and artificial additives—to gently remove impurities while retaining essential nutrients, aroma, and flavor.
